A great year ahead

Last year saw many great triumphs for all of the quick brown fox's little ones on their quest for independence in learning English as their first foreign language. Aye, first, since Miss Zahar is very keen on Greek, as she tells me at the beginning of the autumn/winter 2010 term.

Speaking of Miss Zahar, a great big thanks to her family who kindly hosted our bold yet successful Cinderella paper theatre project. Also many thanks to our illustrious guests who took time to come and see us.

Miss Zahar's project was a great success and involved months of hard work - translating the original text into modern English, building the theatre, and rehearsing for the final presentation. Is she ready for Shakespeare already? Well, not quite but we are reading the Last of the Olympians in its English orignal and we will find out before everyone else whether Luke dies or not!

In her own words:

Speaking of which, Mr Kuschnir Castro holds a big surprise for this year's end. That, however, is still TOP SECRET, but the quick brown fox can assure you no less fun. Stay tuned for news and make time in your end-of-year calendar for another spectacular evening of fun with English. We shall try to bake our own cupcakes this time!
Pangrams are clever little sentences written by shrewd individuals. They play with our intellect and tickle our wits. The quick brown takes its epiteth from this pangram in an attempt to translate the spirit of the bespoke language solutions proposed. If you are 4 years old or more and wish to read, write, listen, speak and beyond in English beware! The quick brown will make you work hard but you will like it. Stay tuned for updates.
